How to start a return:
Here at JasVal Boutique, we know that sometimes it can be tough ordering online as a woman. We try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible. After all, our JasVal Boutique customers are the most beautiful out there. With that said, we understand that returning items that don't work for you as well as you'd hope will happen, so we want to make sure our return policy is easy to follow as possible!
We have a 15 day return policy that allows you to request a return 15 days after your order has been marked as delivered by carrier.
When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received them. Must be unworn or unused, unscented, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Process for return:
To start a return, please contact jasvalboutique@gmail.com with in 15 days of arrival. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send back your package.
Items sent back without a request will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any shipping expenses.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:
You will receive a response from our customer service support team within 24 hours.
